Do my seasonal rates override my base rates?

Yes - a season replaces your base nightly rate for its whole date range. A weekend or per-day price set inside the season still wins on those nights.

Yes. A season replaces your base nightly rate for every date between its start and end dates.

For example, if your base rate is USD 350 a night and your Winter season is USD 300 a night, a guest whose dates fall inside that season is quoted USD 300 a night.

Two things to know:

  1. If you set a Weekend price (or per-day prices) inside the season itself, those win over the season's own nightly rate on the days you selected. A Winter season at USD 300 with a Friday and Saturday weekend price of USD 380 quotes USD 380 on Fridays and Saturdays and USD 300 on every other night.

  2. A season is applied to your calendar at the moment you save it. If you later set a price on an individual date from your Calendar, that date keeps the price you saved last. Re-saving the season re-applies the season rate across every date in its range.

When a season's end date passes it no longer covers those dates and your base nightly rate applies again. Seasons do not repeat year to year - create a new one for next year.
