Log in
Go to Manage Listings
Select Connected Payments from the left menu.
Can my guests pay by credit or debit card through PayPal?
Only if PayPal has enabled custom card processing on your PayPal account. That is a separate capability PayPal grants after its own review, and it is not the same as having your PayPal email verified - you can be fully verified and still not have it.
Houfy reads this setting from PayPal but cannot switch it on, and it is not shown on your Connected payments page. To check it or request it, contact PayPal directly.
Without it, guests who already have a PayPal account can still pay you; guests who want to pay by card without a PayPal account cannot. Whether PayPal offers it in your country is a PayPal decision, not a Houfy one.
