How to set a Square Location for the payment method?
Tell Houfy which Square business location should receive payments. Only Square payout methods have this control, and you can assign different locations in your Square account to different listings.

Setting a Square location tells Houfy which of your Square business locations should receive payments for a connected payout method.
Go to https://www.houfy.com/settings/payment-settings - from the profile menu that is Manage Listings, then Connected payments in the left menu.
Find your Square payout method in the list. Only Square methods have this control; Stripe and PayPal payout methods do not use locations, so no button appears on them.
Click Select location. If you have already chosen one, the same button reads Change location and shows the location you are currently using.
In the Select Location for your Square Account popup, choose from the Square location dropdown. Your choice saves as soon as you pick it - there is no separate Save button, and you can close the popup straight away. The popup has two dropdowns: choose the listing under Select listing first, then its location under Square location. You can assign different locations in your Square account to different listings.
