Killington vacation rentals

Kilbourne Lodge has loads of personality! The decor has a stylish, vintage lodge-y vibe with plenty of modern practical features (extra bedside outlets, Nest heating system, updated bathrooms with heated floors). We especially loved the huge stone fireplace and comfy leather seating around it (be sure to bring your own firewood and kindling as it is not provided), and the big Garland stove for cooking breakfast. The Chinook boot & glove dryer was also greatly appreciated. Andrew responded very quickly to our inquiries, and the house guidebook provided thorough information. The location can’t be beat, just minutes to K-1 Lodge, the market, and all local restaurants. We loved our stay!

Clean and comfortable studio condo. Well located near the Killington resort area. Everything was as described and pictured. The walls are a bit thin so you do hear some noise from neighbors but the owner/manager does a good job of enforcing the quiet hours between 10pm - 8am. There are multiple EV chargers in the condo complex, which was convenient and easy to use. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location about a 25 yd walk up a small hill to Great Eastern slope. Be sure to check conditions before booking when wanting ski on and off since that lower area of the mountain sometimes is last to get groomed and opened with bad weather. But the convenience is excellent when available. Close enough to town as well while being slopeside. We had enough room but can be slightly tight with 4 people (2 pre-teens) but you can make it work if organized. Comfy living room. Hot tub is awesome and fairly intuitive. Would stay again.

My friends and I rent a house up at Killington every year for the Super Bowl. These were easily the most accommodating owners we have come across during previous years of renting a ski house for the weekend. First off, I spoke to Alex in the beginning of planning the trip and realized I wasn't going to have enough room for my party, so Alex offered up their personal apartment to accommodate the size of my crew (Strongly Recommend renting the apartment as well). Everything was provided way before arrival so we were prepared well in advance on how to use all the great little gadgets that the house had to offer. The house is extremely accessible from the Killington Road, making my life very easy dealing with 7 couples NOT having to call me to ask for directions. We couldn't have been any happier with the weekend and the warmth provided by Alex and Marina's home. We strongly recommend renting this home to anyone to anyone looking for a hassle free vacation on a property, which pretty much hides in plain site of the main road. 5/5 Stars – Absolute slopeside perfection! We just wrapped up an incredible week at Trailside Village #1, and I can’t recommend this cozy 1-bedroom condo enough for anyone looking for true ski-in/ski-out convenience at Killington! From the moment we arrived, the location blew us away. It’s right on the Great Eastern Trail, so we could literally ski straight from the lifts to our front door (weather and trail conditions cooperating, of course – and they were perfect during our stay). No lugging skis across parking lots or waiting for shuttles – just click off the bindings and step inside. Pure bliss after a full day on the mountain. The condo itself is beautifully appointed and super cozy for a couple or small group (sleeps up to 4 comfortably with the king bed in the bedroom and two sofa beds in the livin

Where I gave one star, I couldn't give an honest review. They were great communicators and let us know that when the inspected the home before our stay, they found a beehive in one of the bedroom walls. They did quickly rebook us to another property of theirs, however it didn't work out for us because it was further away from the wedding venue we wanted to stay close to. They understood the inconvenience for us and refunded our card. Hopefully we will be able to book with them in the future!

Our group of eleven greatly enjoyed our stay over MLK weekend (January 12-15, 2018) and the pictures on HomeAway do not do the property justice! The house has a great "cabin in the woods" romantic/rustic feel and was perfect for our group ski trip. We had wonderful access to Bear Mountain and could see the Skyeship Gondola Stage I from the hot tub. The house has four bedrooms - two queens in the basement, one king on the second level, and two queens on the third level in one room, plus a fifth "alcove room" on the second floor with space for a single bed. We all had plenty of room to stretch out and sleep comfortably without being on top of each other. The main level was well appointed - a spacious and well-equipped kitchen and the adjoining dining room table where we sat 10 comfortably and were able to squeeze in an 11th made shared meals easy. The main living room is a little cramped - maybe room for six on two couches - but not the end of the world, the wood burning stove was a great touch. The hot tub on the deck was fantastic and was the hit of the weekend (seats four comfortably), and the propane grill on the small deck was great to have as well! The house is a little hard to find initially - the driveway really angles back on the right side - everyone missed it the first time even knowing it was there! Very quiet location though with a long driveway and plenty of parking - we fit 5 vehicles no problem. Only knock is trail access - not exactly "ski in, ski out" but the Homestretch blue trail is about 500 feet or so walking distance from the house - entrance to the trail is unmarked, and if the trail is closed (like it was for us), you won't know it until you want to ski home later that afternoon to discover it's shut down. Not the end of the world, but made getting home at the end of the day a little tricky! Overall a fantastic house and Michael was a very responsive host. We would not hesitate to stay here again in the future!

Awesome!! Rustic setting and feel, yet warm with updated bathrooms and everything you need for a comfortable week or longer trip. Hot tub was nice and view was awesome. Well kept property with everything you need in the kitchen. Would recommend for anyone looking for the true Vermont vibe. Would rent again!!
