Welcome to Brigantine! Enjoy this very spacious and comfortable townhouse with private fenced in outdoor space.

8 Beach Passes included with booking!

Just a short walk the beach, and close to everything!

Directly across from skate park, dog park, basketball, tennis, bocce courts, and mini golf. Walkable to restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, grocery and pharmacy.

Just 3 miles from downtown Atlantic City, $10 Uber ride!

Perfect for multiple families! Dog friendly with pet fee ($75).

The space:

This townhouse is split-level, allowing lots of open space, high ceilings and natural sunlight.

Entry Level - Garage with lounge area seating, dart board, ping pong table. Beach gear & storage. This can be used to park one car, if needed. Driveway that allows one car. Tons of free street parking.

1st/2nd Floor- Split Level, Open Floor Plan with fully equipped kitchen, bar lounge area + seating, dining room, living room w/ Smart TV. Backyard has porch w/ grill and dining area, pebble patio with lots of seating and portable fire-pit + hammock.

3rd Floor- Bedroom 1 is very large room w/ king bed + cot bed, vanity, walk in closets, private balcony, full bathroom w/ stand up shower and separate tub. Bedroom 2 w/ Queen Bed, Bedroom 3 w/ Full and Twin Bed, hallway also has full bathroom with shower/tub and washer/dryer.

4th Floor- Open Loft room w/ full over twin bunk bed, 2 twin beds, and 1 twin trundle bed, TV, and projection screen.i

Beach tags INCLUDED! Each booking includes 8 beach tags to use during your stay.

Linens per bed and bath towels provided.

Dog friendly for an additional fee ($75). Please pick up after your dog.

No cats allowed, sorry.

House is suitable for multiple families and can sleep up to 12 kids/adults, but NOT suitable for 10+ adults. 8 adults max is preferred. Please have fun, but no reckless parties! This is a quiet neighborhood, where most of the neighbors are full time residents. Please be courteous of the neighbors and the property.
