Kitchenette feature full size fridge, microwave, toaster over, air fryer, hot plate, and Keurig. Private parking and entrance. 25 minutes from PDX, two miles from grocery, gas, and banking. The space
There are dogs on the property, as well as shared spaces and may not suitable for guests with allergies or sensitivity to noise.

Your space is a private room with a shared well appointed kitchenette, and bathroom featuring a shower. The vibe is a casual country family home that is more cozy than formal. It is a daylight basement and we live upstairs with our pets.

Automatic vacuum runs during the day most days but white noise devices and earplugs are available for day sleepers.

Guest access
To access the guest area, there is a 50-foot stone path with stairs. This path may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. The guest area is in the lower-level of a daylight basement. Upstairs in the house and the upper deck are off-limits to guests. There is a picnic area out front if you would rather not interact with the dogs.

We have yellow lined guest parking to the left of the picnic table. Please do not walk down the driveway or private drive to avoid disturbing the neighbors.

During your stay
Check-in is completely unattended with all of the information you need to access your room in your confirmation text/email, and via on-site instructions. Please familiarize yourself with the information and ask questions prior to arrival. In the unlikely event you need additional assistance, please text through the app so that both hosts get the message.

We love to interact with guests on occasion but also respect your privacy.

Other things to note
Neighbor dogs and occasionally ours bark at each other, wildlife or new guests coming and going, blowing leaves, and aliens with cloaking devices. Earplugs and white noise devices are available but we never let the dogs "nuisance bark".

The walls may not be as thick as some light sleepers would prefer.

We have a very low walkability score so plan on arriving and leaving in motorized vehicles.

Cell phones may need wifi to make and receive calls, or we are happy to furnish a coat hangar and tinfoil.

The shared bathroom has a shower but no bathtub, and the upstairs is closed (off-limits) to guests.

The hours of use for the lounge/game room and back deck are 10 AM to 10 PM.
