Aloha! Welcome to Kalaoa Kai! E komo mai!

We present to you our newly remodeled private guest suite/ohana- the perfect space for traveling RNs, professionals or couples to unwind your day and relax. You are minutes away from the airport, the beach, water-sports, Kona Town, Pine Trees Cafe, as well as the Kona favorite- COSTCO!

As travel workers ourselves- we tried to create the perfect travel space that we would love and continue the Aloha experience.

Kalaoa Kai is a 600 square foot, open floor plan, newly renovated modern guest suite featuring a new kitchenette with quartz countertops, new entry way tile, rainfall shower, high speed internet with work space for remote workers. The bedroom space has a queen size bed with storage amenities, Daikin AC that cools the entire unit, flatscreen TV, Amazon fire stick, and for some- the essential box fan for those that need white noise to sleep.

You will also have your own covered/fenced outdoor patio with outdoor shower rinse space, a tranquil outdoor kitchen complete with Weber Grill and Blackstone cooktop. We encourage outdoor cooking!

As a bonus, we also offer bi-weekly professional cleaning service included each month.

More Details:
Kitchen- Featuring soft close cabinets, quartz countertops, stainless steel sink, Gourmia countertop oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender, rice maker and all the cookware/bbq equipment to make your favorite meals.

Media Room- Open style room with lots of natural light coming in from the oversized glass slider. Featuring a comfortable leather couch, flat screen TV, and Amazon Firestick.

Bedroom- Open style room with a queen bed with Tuft and Needle mattress, AC unit, two bedside tables, iron, ironing board, clothes rack, and hangers.

Bathroom- Features a modern barn door, Delta rain shower, hairdryer, towels, and shelfs for storage.

Private patio- Fully fenced in and covered patio includes a outdoor dinning table/chairs, Blackstone Grill, and Weber Grill to make delicious meals on. Also features an outdoor shower/rinse area with ocean view.

Parking- Dedicated Parking space with amazing ocean view!

Guest access
Guests can park in the dedicated parking spot with direct access to the private guest suite through a dedicated gate, which is the entry for the private patio space and guest suite. This area is private and is located in the front of the property.

Included for guest use: beach towels and a cooler.

To help you get settled in- we offer a one-time starter set of coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, soap, clothing detergent, hair dryers, and shampoo/conditioner.

The rear part of the property/home is the owners premises and is private- Mahalo!

Other things to note
GE and TAT taxes are added onto your stay per Hawaii State Law.
