Kitchen/Living/Dining:

The open concept kitchen/living/dining area has tile floors, raised ceilings, abundant natural light, bright, fresh, modern, coastal decor, and serves as a spacious and comfortable great-room gathering space.

The living room wall is adorned with vintage surfboards in vibrant colors reminiscent of a tropical sunset. A stylish, comfortable, faux-leather sectional sofa and natural linen-colored armchair are nicely arranged around a rattan-style coffee table and Smart Roku TV. Even the area rug, which features a magnificent print of an octopus, accentuates the ocean-inspired vibe of this unique seaside home.

Your group can kick-up the fun in this sleek living room with an original NES Nintendo system with 30 games (the originals, Super Mario, etc.) The living room also has an Infinity Game Table with 30+ fun family board games with no pieces to lose!

The gourmet kitchen has granite counters, beautiful new cabinets, stainless steel state-of-the-art appliances including a french-door fridge and freezer, microwave, range, oven, and dishwasher. Other kitchen amenities include a 12-cup programmable coffee maker, separate Keurig Coffee Maker, French Press, Blender and tools for the BBQ grill on the deck.

The granite breakfast bar has stool seating for four. Just the spot to sip your morning coffee or protein smoothies. The round wooden formal dining table has six delightful bright-aqua chairs. Gather your group for acai bowls, mochi waffles or a sushi lunch!

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:

White Cap Surf Shack has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Every bedroom has a Smart Roku TV. The serene and spacious master suite has a king-size bed and ensuite master bathroom with a walk-in shower featuring a combination rain shower and hand-held shower wand, as well as a vanity counter with bench, and granite vanity with two stylish raised sinks.

Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and a calming, full-wall mural of the surf and sand.

Bedroom # 3 is a bunk room with a quad bunk bed (4 twin-size beds). Kids and teens will love this bunk room as it features a Nintendo Wii, and PAC-man arcade with 12 games (including PAC-MAN, GALAXIAN, GALAGA, DIG DUG, PAC-LAND, PAC-MAN PLUS, SUPER PAC-MAN, PAC & PAL, PAC-MANIA, DIG DUGII, MAPPY, and ROMPERS.)

The hallway bath has a shower/tub combo with a rain shower and hand-held shower wand. Every sparkling clean bathroom has a hair dryer, makeup mirror, two luxury bath robes, and large, plush, bath & beach towels.

Deck, Patio & Outdoor Space:

A tiki-style wooden deck is a comfortable lounging/dining space that brings the outdoors in. Chill out in rattan-style egg chairs, under ceiling fans, driftwood and capiz shell wind chimes, curtains panels and string lights, surrounded by graceful tropical foliage such as banana palms. Breathe in the salt air and unwind in this relaxed tropical ambiance!

This covered deck also has a large teakwood dining table, with seating for eight, and a gas BBQ Grill. Prepare a feast of hawaiian steak kabobs, grilled pineapple, or coconut grilled shrimp. This Tiki deck is a dreamy spot for alfresco dining!

Outdoors, beyond the deck, there’s a lower level paver patio with a fire pit encircled by outdoor conversation chairs & a patio couch. String lights cover the entire patio area at night, creating a fun and festive atmosphere. This patio backs up to lush tropical forest and mature shade trees, which enhance the privacy and tiki-jungle atmosphere. Backyard games include; Giant Jenga outside, Cornhole and mini-golf.

Parking, garage & Laundry:

White Cap Surf Shack has a laundry room with a new, large capacity washer and dryer. The house has driveway parking for 2 cars. Inside the garage, guests will find 4 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, sand toys for kids, and a cooler with reusable ice packs. We also provide a high chair and pack & play (stored in the bunk room closet)

Beach, Swimming Pools & Community Amenities:

White Cap Surf Shack is located in a safe, gated, private community, just minutes from the beach and MB Miller Pier. This neighborhood has TWO meticulously maintained sparkling blue swimming pools that are open from March 1st - October 31st. Whether your group prefers surfing the waves on the turquoise Gulf of Mexico, or splashing and playing in the refreshing community pools, you are sure to enjoy your days!
