We had a great stay at FlipFlopsOn--what a lovely spot! From the moment you book, throughout your stay, til the time you sadly leave, Pam and Mark make sure this is a premier booking choice. The decor is decorator lovely and the space immaculately clean. Everything you can think of is provided for a great stay. The location is truly steps from the beach. Inlet Beach is less crowded than its neighbors, but close enough to be convenient. Pam and Mark's online book about the area is amazing, especially for newcomers to 30A as we were. And they are available to answer any and all questions in a timely manner. Truly, they could teach a class on how to be the best rental hosts ever! Sunrise to Sunset, we highly recommend FlipFlopsOn!!

The location is perfect. Such a short walk to beautiful and clean beach - and quiet. Bed was very comfortable, and everything smelled CC lean and fresh. Although amenities, shops and dining were close, we had little reason to eat out. The home is beautifully decorated and maintained, and has everything we needed. Pam’s hospitality and attention to detail are impressive - we’ve not experienced anything comparable. All directions are thorough, complete and well organized. We are also appreciative of Pam and Mark’s flexibility when our original flights were disrupted. This was a very enjoyable 7-day get-away. Highly recommended!

I can't say enough great things about our stay. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. We loved having the 6 passenger golf cart...it's all you need to get around 30A. Mitch was so great to work with and was always so quick to get back to me when we had a question. Would definitely come back here!

We stayed here during early March. It was my husband, our 3 year old, and myself. We were a little worried of the spring breakers but it wasn’t too bad. We were told by others if you are looking for less traffic and people then to go further down as this area of town is pretty busy. The entire condo complex is actually really quiet during the evening. The weather was still a bit colder than what we would have liked. The wind didn’t help either especially being on the 19th floor. We probably got 1-2 swim in ocean days and the rest were spent in the heated pool which was really nice. This unit is in a high raise building complex but it wasn’t too busy. Elevators didn’t take long to get us from our unit down to pool level. The only annoying part for us was they were doing construction right in front so getting to the garage right under the complex was bit of a pain. As far as the condo unit itself, it is very clean. The cleanest condo we have ever stayed in. Host provides a few rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towel, washing dish pods, bar soap, iron with ironing board, tv in both bedrooms and living room, 2 coffee machines (regular and Keurig), toaster, small container of shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. Towels are provided to shower in and the washing and machine was a nicer unit to wash clothes in. Don’t forget laundry detergent soap if you plan to do that. There were left over toys for the beach for our son so we didn’t have to buy or bring any which was nice. Entire place is title so no carpet which was nice. The balcony is huge and views are amazing being on the 19th floor. The balcony goes from master bedroom to the living room. Table, chairs, and bed chairs are provided on the balcony. We don’t have any complaints but the master bedroom bed. It was very loud when trying to lay on it and not that comfortable. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and the unit we were in.

Took my mom here for Mother’s Day for 5 days and we were very impressed. My mother is handicapped and to get to the beach there were no steps and just a short walk. The boy running the beach chair service was very friendly and helpful. Only downside with him is if your an early beachgoer, he is usually the last one to get chairs set up compared to the other condos. Usually around 9:30 is when he was done. Oh and if you didn’t know, he works strictly on commission so if you want to do any beach activities I would go straight to him. Across the street from the condo is a daiquiri shack which has all sorts of snacks, drinks, beach supplies, even some things like laundry detergent you might have forgot. Now back to the condo. The condo was very clean and had all the cooking utensils you might need. The beds were comfortable (except for the pillows) and everything was beautifully decorated. If you had any questions the owner was extremely quick to respond to texts. The only issue with the condo is the thermostat would automatically turn up to 80 degrees in the middle of the night. I’m sure the owner could of fixed the issue but honestly we forgot to contact her about that. There were two levels of parking underneath the condo and a parking deck across the street with a crosswalk. The view from the balcony on the 15th floor was amazing and we felt very comfortable in this home. We will definitely be back.

Our family had an amazing time staying in this home. From the beginning of our reservation until checkout the owners had wonderful and quick communication. The home was just like the pictures and our family of 8 had plenty of room. The beds were all comfortable, water pressure was wonderful and the house was nice and clean. The amenities such as all the pools, the 18 hole putt putt (owners had clubs for us to use), the easy walk to the beach (even with littles) made it so incredibly nice to have so much to do without even having to take a car ride. The location was also so wonderful that their was so much to do with not having to drive far at all. Our families favorites were spending time at Pier Park (so many shops and restaurants), Frank Brown Park (wonderful for kids of all ages), and Wonder Works. We would definitely stay here again :-)

I’ve stayed in many different rentals, but The Tipsy Turtle is like no other! This Penthouse is worth staying at for the gorgeous views alone. It’s one of those properties that you walk into and immediately say WOW! It’s so hard to pull yourself away from the huge terrace, private balcony, and even the Master bathroom during sunset (seriously, go take a shower during sunset!) If you look closely, you can even see dolphins in the Bay! It’s truly amazing. If you do want to venture out, the beach is beautiful and really easy to get to. We were there in less than 10 minutes and there’s a convenient parking lot so that you don’t have to carry your gear very far. Aside from the spectacular views, the owners thought of everything to make sure that you are in need of nothing. Even before I arrived, they sent me detailed instructions to make sure our arrival was smooth. When we got there, the condo was fully stocked with everything we could imagine, from pool towels, to beach books, to the best equipped kitchen we’ve ever had access to in a vacation rental. The beds were insanely comfortable and it smells amazing everywhere! Oh, and you can’t forget the Ping Pong table and adorable corn hole boards! We HIGHLY recommend The Tipsy Turtle and can’t wait to come back! If you have the opportunity to book a vacation here, I would say do it now!

My family of 5 absolutely loved staying at Kim’s lovely beach house. Kim was excellent at communicating, even before I officially booked. She went above and beyond with her recommendations, responding to some things we voiced when we arrived, and accommodating us bringing our 2 golden retrievers. The house was clean, nicely decorated, and well stocked with starter supplies like soap and paper towels, ect. The kitchen has everything needed to make any dish, which we utilized since I cooked most nights. The beds were comfortable and bedrooms were beautiful! We also enjoyed the closet of puzzles and games. We played Monopoly a couple evenings, which was the low key fun we needed after some long sunny days. The outdoor space was stellar! We spent so much time on the back deck and the kids played in the yard. We also enjoyed most of our meals on the deck table. The neighborhood pool was a good size and while it was still very cold, my three girls still had a blast swimming in it. We also enjoyed walking the neighborhood several times looking at all the gorgeous homes that are all very different and whimsical. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all, using our beach cart to haul all our gear. Kim had a load of great beach toys, boogy boards, beach wagon, ect. had we not brought our own. She definitely provides a fully stocked home for everything a family could need on a beach vacation. Thank you Kim for sharing your home with our family!
