What is a booking cut-off date?
A booking cut-off date is the furthest date in the future that you want to accept bookings

A booking cut-off is how far into the future guests are allowed to book. Anything past it is closed to new bookings.
To set it:
Go to Manage Listings and open the listing.
Click Calendar, then click Settings in the calendar toolbar.
Open the Availability tab and click Edit at the top right of the panel.
Under Booking cutoff, choose one of three options:
No limit - guests can book any future date.
Specific date - pick the last bookable date. That date itself stays bookable; only dates after it are closed.
Months ahead - choose 1 to 12, 15, 18, 21 or 24 months from today.
On your own calendar, dates past the cut-off appear as grey striped cells labelled Booking cut off blocked. That is the cut-off working, not an error - click one to jump straight back to this setting.
If you choose No limit, you are taking responsibility for keeping your rates current that far out. Set a base rate high enough that a booking two years away for a date you have not priced yet is still one you would be happy to take.
