How to create a rule set in the calendar?

Última atualização 23 de agosto de 2026

A rule set is a named bundle of pricing and availability settings that you can apply to any dates in your calendar - useful for weekends, a high season, or a minimum-stay change you make repeatedly.

To create one

  1. Go to Manage Listings and open the listing.

  2. Click Calendar.

  3. Select the dates you want on the calendar. The pricing panel opens.

  4. Scroll to Rule assignment and click Create New Rule.

  5. Give it a name under Rule Set Name - for example, Weekends rule - and pick a colour.

  6. Under Nightly Pricing, enter the Price per night. You can also set Weekly and Monthly (28 nights) rates in the same section.

  7. For a weekend rule, open Pricing by Day of the Week and set the price for the days you want, for example Friday and Saturday. Note that a price entered here replaces the nightly price on those days.

  8. Add any length-of-stay, last-minute or early-bird discounts, and any minimum or maximum stay, if the rule needs them.

  9. Click Save.

To apply a rule to dates

  1. Select the dates on the calendar.

  2. In Rule assignment, click Add Rule and pick your rule from Available Rules.

  3. Click Save.

You can apply more than one rule to the same dates. They stack, and as the panel notes, the top rule takes priority. Use View/Edit Rule to change a rule, and Remove rule to take it off those dates.
