Viewing your external calendar (iCal) reservations
When you connect an external calendar to a Houfy listing — like Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, or any iCal link — the bookings from those calendars are imported and stored alongside your Houfy reservations.

By default your Reservations page shows your Houfy bookings only, so the view stays clean. When you want to see what's coming in from your other channels, two quick filters let you bring those in.
Go to Reservations in the left menu to find these controls
External iCals - show them alongside your Houfy bookings
Click the External iCals tag (next to the + Filter button). Your list now shows your Houfy reservations plus every external-calendar booking, sorted together by check-in date. Click it again to turn it off.
Only external iCals - show external bookings by themselves
Click + Filter and choose Only external iCals. A panel opens below the filter row, headed External iCals, with two buttons: Off and Only iCals. Click Only iCals. Your list now shows only the bookings imported from external calendars - your Houfy reservations are hidden.
Use this when you want to focus on just your Airbnb/Vrbo/other-channel bookings. To go back, click the x on the Only external iCals chip, or reopen the panel and click Off.
