1. Categorize your photos

Every photo can be tagged with one space category so guests can browse the listing room-by-room.

Two ways to categorize

1. Manually — open a photo (click it) and pick a category chip under Photo Details → Category. Only one category per photo; click the selected chip again to clear it. (Free.)

2. With AI — see [Auto-categorize](#3-auto-categorize-with-ai) below.

Improve a photo with AI

Enhance a single photo with OpenAI's image model. Open a photo → Improve with AI → pick a mode → Generate → review the before/after → Approve & replace or Discard.

Modes

Auto-enhance: Exposure, white balance, sharpness, denoise, straighten — no content changes.

Brighten: Lifts dark / underexposed interiors.

Twilight exterior: Warm dusk sky + softly lit windows on an exterior.

Declutter: Removes minor clutter / stray items.

The AI result is generated for review first — approving replaces the original photo (same position, tags, and category). Discarding changes nothing.

The improved image is saved as a compressed, web-optimized JPEG.

Credits apply — you're charged when you generate.

Auto-categorize with AI

Let AI tag your uncategorized photos in one go.

• Click Auto-categorize (next to the Grid / Photo tour toggle).

• A popup shows how many photos will be categorized, the credit cost, and your available credits. Confirm to run.

• Progress shows live (e.g. "Categorizing… 3/8"). If you run out of credits mid-run, it stops and offers Buy credits (whatever was done so far is kept).

• You can also categorize a single photo: open it → ✨ Suggest next to Category.

Captions — suggest & improve

Let AI write or refine your photo captions.

Per photo — open a photo → in Photo Details → Caption,

click ✨ Suggest (no caption yet) or ✨ Improve (a caption already exists — the AI refines it).

It fills the field and saves.

Bulk — two toolbar buttons: -

Suggest captions — writes captions for all photos without one. -

Improve captions — refines the captions of all photos that already have one. Both open a confirmation popup (count, cost, your balance, and an Auto-approve toggle): -

Auto-approve off → generates all, then opens a review popup where you can edit each caption before saving (Save individually or Save all). -

Auto-approve on → saves directly, no review.
