Can I drag photos from a website into my Houfy listing?
No - save the photos to your device first, then upload. Only JPEG, PNG, GIF and WEBP are accepted; HEIC files are skipped without a message. Airbnb photos can be re-imported instead.

Not directly. Dragging a picture straight from a web page into Houfy will not upload it - the uploader only accepts image files saved on your computer or phone. Save the photos to your device first, then drag them onto the Photos page or click the Upload Photos box to pick them.
Save them as JPEG, PNG, GIF or WEBP. Other formats - including the HEIC files an iPhone saves by default - are skipped silently, so if you drag photos in and nothing at all happens, the format is usually why.
One exception worth knowing: if the photos are on your own Airbnb listing, you do not have to save them at all. Go to Manage Listings > Edit > Photos > Re-Import photos and paste your Airbnb listing URL, and Houfy will fetch them for you. Note that this replaces all the photos currently on the Houfy listing.
