How to Connect Lodgify with Houfy

Option 1: Connect Through the Lodgify Marketplace (Easiest)

1. Open https://app.lodgify.com/marketplace/houfy.

2. Click Copy API Key.

3. Open the Houfy x Lodgify Partner Page.

4. Paste your API Key into the field.

5. Choose Import new listings or Map existing listings.

6. Click Signup with Lodgify.

Option 2: Connect Using Your Public API Key

1. Sign in to Lodgify.

2. Click Settings.

3. Select General Settings.

4. Click Public API.

5. Copy your API Key.

6. Open the Houfy x Lodgify Partner Page.

7. Paste your API Key into the field.

8. Choose Import new listings or Map existing listings.

9. Click Signup with Lodgify.

What syncs, and in which direction

Listings, rates and availability are imported from Lodgify to Houfy twice a day - rates you set in Lodgify, including from a tool like PriceLabs, come across, and Houfy does not connect to PriceLabs directly. Bookings go the other way, from Houfy to Lodgify: they arrive with the source Houfy and are recorded as channel bookings rather than direct-website bookings, so direct-website rules will not match them, and they arrive with a booking total of zero because the guest pays through your own processor on Houfy. Guest messages sync into the Lodgify reservation thread, but the guest address shown there is a Houfy relay address.
