Go to Edit listing > Pricing.
Open the Tax section - it starts collapsed.
Click Add tax item, or the pencil icon on a tax you already have.
Fill in Min Nights (optional) and Max Nights (optional) as you need, then click Add or Update.
Example. To charge the tax up to 30 nights, set Max Nights to 30. To charge it above 30 nights, set Min Nights to 31.
What the tax form contains
Each tax row has a Tax name, a Tax value with its % or fixed-amount type, and a checkbox reading "Charge per night (instead of once per stay)". Below those are four optional fields: Start date and End date, which limit the tax to a period, and Min Nights (optional) and Max Nights (optional), which limit it by length of stay. All of these are visible as soon as the form opens - there is nothing to expand.
Add tax item creates a second row, so a 10% tax for stays of 30 nights or fewer and a 15% tax for 31 nights or more can sit side by side. Remove at the bottom of a row deletes it. View Houfy’s tax guidelines at the top of the section opens the guidance.
