How to add an additional or extra guest fee?

1. Please select Menu > Manage Listings.

2. Select the listing you want to edit, and then click Edit.

3. Click Pricing from the left menu and click on Rates & Fees.

4. Scroll down to the Extra Guest Fee section and click its header to open it. The sections on this page start closed - only Base Pricing is open when the page loads.

5. Switch Charge extra guest fee on, then set:

   • After guest # - the guest number the fee starts charging after

   • Fee amount

   • Per Night or Per Stay

Do not use Additional Fees > Add a Fee for this. That creates a separate custom fee line and does not set the extra guest fee, so the charge will not scale with the number of guests.

There is no Save button on this page - each change is saved the moment you make it.

If your rates are synced from a connected channel manager these controls are read-only; change the extra guest fee in that channel manager instead.
