How to add an additional or extra guest fee?
The extra guest fee has its own section on Rates & Fees, below Base Pricing, and it loads collapsed. Open it, switch on Charge extra guest fee, then set After guest # and Fee amount.

Please select Menu > Manage Listings.
Select the listing you want to edit, and then click Edit.
Click Pricing from the left menu and click on Rates & Fees.
Scroll down to the Extra Guest Fee section and click its header to open it. The sections on this page start closed - only Base Pricing is open when the page loads.
Switch Charge extra guest fee on, then set:
After guest # - the guest number the fee starts charging after
Fee amount
Per Night or Per Stay
There is no Save button on this page - each change is saved the moment you make it.
If your rates are synced from a connected channel manager these controls are read-only; change the extra guest fee in that channel manager instead.
