How do I color code imported reservations?

Each calendar you import can have its own colour, so you can tell at a glance where a booking came from.

1. Go to Manage Listings and open the listing.

2. Click Calendar, then click Settings in the calendar toolbar.

3. Open the Sync tab. Each imported calendar is listed with its current colour as a dot.

4. Click the pencil icon on the calendar you want to change.

5. Under Color, pick one of the eight swatches - Red, Green, Blue, Amber, Purple, Pink, Teal or Indigo. You can rename the calendar here too.

6. Save.

Your own Houfy bookings use a separate colour, set under Settings > Advanced > Default calendar color. It is Navy unless you have changed it, so pick import colours that stand apart from whichever colour you are using there.
