Export all reservations from Houfy

There are two different things on Houfy that people call "exporting reservations", and they do not do the same thing. One downloads a file of your bookings. The other changes what your iCal feed shares with other sites.

Download a file of your reservations

1. Go to Reservations.

2. Use the filters at the top to choose the listing and the date range you want.

3. Click Export CSV. The file downloads to your computer and you can open it in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets.

Include past reservations in your iCal feed

This is a separate setting. It does not download anything - it only controls whether the dates of reservations that have already ended stay in the calendar feed you share with other sites.

1. Go to Listings and click the listing you want to change.

2. Click Calendar in the left menu.

3. Click Settings, then open the Advanced tab.

4. Click Edit.

5. Set Export past reservations to Yes or No.

If you want a file of your bookings, use the first section. The Advanced setting will not produce one.
