Delete the rental agreement

Deleting a rental agreement removes it permanently - there is no undo.

1. Click the plus button in the top bar and choose Rental agreement. Direct link: houfy.com/new/agreement.

2. Scroll down to My rental agreements. Every listing you have an agreement for is shown as a card.

3. Hover over the card for the listing whose agreement you want to delete - a trash icon appears in the top right corner of that card. Click it. On a phone or tablet, tap the card once to make the icon appear, then tap the icon.

4. In the Delete Agreement box, click Delete to confirm.

You can also delete from the listing itself: Edit listing > Settings > Rules, Age & Rental Agreement, then the Houfy Agreement card.

What deleting does

The agreement, all of its sections and its link to the listing are removed for good. If you had also uploaded a PDF agreement for that listing, the PDF becomes the agreement your guests see again - a Houfy agreement always takes priority over an uploaded PDF while it exists, so deleting it is how you switch back to your PDF.
