PLEASE NOTE: We allow a maximum of 8 guests per booking including daytime visitors.

Any guest count over 8 violates our house rules, including anywhere on the property or dock, day or night.

Reservations that break house rules will be canceled and guests will be required to leave.

All refunds follow our posted cancellation policy.

ZERO TOLERANCE FOR OVER-OCCUPANCY.

-Waterfront

-Two story 1200 square foot dock with amazing water views

-COLD fridge, bar and sink right from the dock

-Bring your boat or rent one

-Paddle board and kayak available

-Life jackets are available

-Multiple large decks and screen porch overlooking the lake

-Charcoal grill (bring your own charcoal)

-4 Large bedrooms as well as two large living rooms.

-Tons of games for kids of all ages.

-Fully equipped kitchen with any cooking appliance or item you will need

-Keurig onsite with starter pods provided

-All linens included (1 towel, 1 hand towel, 1 wash cloth per guest)

-TWO sets of washers and dryers

-Pack & play with sheets and a high chair

8 Beach towels available but will need to be laundered along with pack and play sheets - these are not included in cleaning fee.

4 outdoor cameras for safety, two driveway facing and two back yard facing. Additional 2 cameras on the dock for safety as well as a doorbell camera. All cameras are in outdoor areas.

Plenty to explore nearby with a The Pontoon stage, several bars and waterfront restaurants. There is always live music, even during the winter months.

Large dock slip for tying up your boat. Dock lift not available.

We do not allow animals since we use this as a second home and have strong allergies in the family.

***This home is in a residential neighborhood and there are several families in the immediate vicinity with small children. We ask that loud noises be kept to a minimum after 10PM outside to not disturb those families.***

Stays over 2 weeks require mid-stay or bi-weekly cleanings at $400 per clean. These will be scheduled and charged after booking.
