Surf City vacation rentals

We throughly enjoyed our family vacation whilst at the Krusty Krab! We traveled with our adult children (there were six of us) and choose this property because of the boat ramp and location. The covered dock was a great place to hang out in the evenings, grill, and fish. The home was beautiful and well appointed with comfortable furniture in every room with great TV’s and Apple TV’s. Two of the three bedrooms had black out shades which was great for sleeping in! The kitchen was spacious and very clean! They had a great selection of brand new pots and pans, glasses, and utensils. Brinnan was fantastic with communication via text and also provided cute personal touches to welcome her guests! We rented a golf cart which made it really fun to go to the beach and cruise the canals. We also loved having our boat and went daily to Lea Island, Richards Inlet, pop up islands on the intracoastal, as well as numerous restaurants on the water. The water on south Topsail was a gorgeous blue with white sand beaches! We definitely recommend this property and we plan to go back again next summer!

House was just as listed, plenty of room. Beds were comfortable and living area was spacious for my party of 8. I loved being right on the beach, it was perfect for spending a week on the beach, we could sit on the porch and enjoy the waves, or walk right out to the beach to enjoy the sand and water. Host communicated as needed and even checked in us when they heard there was a house fire a couple blocks down. This home will be saved to my favorites for our next trip.

Our stay at Shark tooth Haven in Surf City was absolutely wonderful!!This house is in a great location and was an absolute family-friendly spot for us with an easy short walk to the beach and very short drive to shops and restaurants. The house was very clean, and beautifully decorated. The layout of the house is great for multiple families. Our hosts went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home with all the amenities you can think of for the perfect beach getaway!!! Rylan was very responsive and considerate throughout the entire booking process. We will definitely be booking again!!!

Loved it!!! House is very clean and super dog friendly!!! Loved having a small yard for the dogs to dry off after a rinse. Also big thumbs up for the quick response times from the owners. Owners have put a lot of thought into this home. The small touches help make your stay very enjoyable. They pretty much provide everything you need, so if you forgot it, they thought about it. Location is really a good alternative from the homes on the beach. Mornings are shaded on the deck for good coffee drinking with relaxing views of the bay. Walk to the beach is easy for some beach time. Relaxing in the hot tub in the evening you can take in some amazing sunset views over the bay!!! Definitely will be back!!!

This was our first time at Topsail Beach, but won't be our last. This house was perfect for us and and our family. The hosts were phenomenal and quick to respond to any messages. We didn't have and issues to be fixed while we were there as everything was clean and working. The outside shower was so convenient and the outdoor bar was a nice touch. We had game night around the firepit and we had such a great family vacation. The 3rd floor room connected to a small room with a daybed and trundle which was perfect for our kids. The elevator was helpful with luggage and heavy groceries. As far as location: the neighborhood was quiet, nice, and clean. The beach was right across the street - again very convenient! The beach was clean and not too crowded. The house was close to many stores and restaurants. Thanks again! We hope to be back next Summer!

Our second visit to the Pearl and was even better! Our family of 10 included my parents, my sister, myself, our husbands and 4 children. The Pearl is in a great location, beautiful ocean views. Sound view too! We enjoyed fishing on the nearby pier, kids catching waves and building sandcastles, or sitting on the deck watching dolphins go by. This beautiful home is equipped with everything you need for a memorable vacation, from fully stocked kitchen to sand toys for the beach. Beds were topnotch, w/ soft sheets and all slept soundly after a day on the beach. With grocery shopping done and meals planned we had a glorious week of enjoying time together, looking for sharks teeth or turtle nests on the beach during the daytime and watching the little crabs at night. Susan and Bob gave us great tips for everything from restaurants to where to go for a round of golf. We may bring our children's bikes next time as the home is on a quiet street in a cul-de-sac for small kids to ride.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful, new property! The home is spotless, modern, and extremely well-equipped for a relaxing beach getaway. Communication with the owner was excellent from start to finish—they were friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect for our arrival.The location is ideal, with easy access to the beach just a short walk away. We especially appreciated all the thoughtful extras provided for beach days, including several comfortable chairs, a sturdy beach wagon, and a sun-blocking tent that was easy to set up. It is also a short drive (or bike ride) to downtown surf city shopping and restaurants. The private backyard was a real highlight for us. We loved unwinding in the hot tub and gathering around the awesome firepit in the evening. Inside, the house is spacious and bright, with a great room that features a modern kitchen stocked with everything you need—full-sized appliances (including a garbage disposal), plenty of cookware, and all the kitchen gadgets required to enjoy meals at home. Most of the bedrooms have direct porch access, which was such a nice touch, and the two master suites with full baths offered plenty of privacy and comfort for two sets of parents. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-appointed beach retreat!One Tip: Go to Andrews Produce for fresh veggies, fruits, salsa and homemade bread.

This spot was perfect for our trip to Surf city. the neighborhood was quiet, the house was clean, spacious, and comfortable. It is less than 5 minutes from any shops you might want for groceries and less than 10 minutes from Surf city and the beach itself. Michael, the owner, kept us in the loop about anything going on with the place pn our trip there and was responsive the entire time we were there as well. I would definitely stay here again.
