Clayton vacation rentals

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit in this roomy and conveniently located home. As a large family celebrating our dad’s 60th birthday, this house was perfect for our needed accommodations. There was plenty of room to spread out in the house and have privacy when desired. We loved the ping pong table and playroom for the kids on the lowest floor - and the guys particularly loved the PlayStation with so many games to play ! The view from the back porch is beautiful overlooking the mountains and the firepit alongside the house was very pleasant to sit at in the evenings. Having younger children, the three levels of stairs was a bit concerning before arriving at the property, but much care had been taken by the owners to make the stairs safe for the littles with retractable gates at the top and bottom of each staircase . Our host William was pleasant and prompt to respond when conversing via emails regarding questions about arrival and accommodations etc. . Clayton was a beautifully quaint town with a fabulous downtown to walk around and wonderful options for eating out and less than 10 minutes from the house . The grocery store was also conveniently just down the road at the base of the mountain. We particularly enjoyed the Clayton Cafe and the walking stores on Main Street. Tallulah falls was also just 20 minutes away with great hikes and scenery. We had a fabulous stay and would definitely recommend this place !
