This exceptionally spacious duplex apartment for up to 10 guests offers the luxury of a sauna area, garden space, and 4 bedrooms. On the upper floor is the very large living room with an open kitchen and dining area. The view from the windows opens up a beautiful mountain panorama. The garden area also offers plenty of space and is accessible through the living room. Due to the southern orientation, many hours of sunshine can be enjoyed.

2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a bathtub are located on the upper floor. The other 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bathtub, and the private sauna area with shower are located on the lower floor.

A special highlight is the glass floor between the upper and lower floors as well as the many floor-to-ceiling windows, which also bring a lot of brightness to the lower level. The small sauna area is equipped with 2 lounge chairs and an extra shower. The apartment is located slightly above the center of Arosa and is therefore only a few minutes' walk from the Arosa shops. The free bus stops almost directly at the door (200m). The apartment has two private parking spaces (car lift).
