Cape Town vacation rentals

Our stay at Charlotte's house was just incredible. We were two friends getting away with our 5 young kids and the house was amazingly suited for what we needed and more. the weekend was absolutely incredible and truly fed our soul. the house is very spacious, beautifully decorated, airy and light. the kitchen had everything we needed and more. Linen was pristine, towels were fluffy and soft. Charlotte had wetsuits, bodyboards, buckets and spade, hats, the moats amazing Lego and an incredible dress up box all for the kids. There was so much to keep them busy and next time we come back, we won't be bringing any toys ect. The house is solid, no creaks or windows that don't close, everything is of quality and works. The house is also a 5 minute walk from the beach which we spent a lot of time at. Rob who opened up for us, was so great too. Elize is a wonderful host and I would definitely stay at her property again! You have both sea and mountain views. I was happy to see a bottle of wine was there to greet me! There are detailed instructions and suggestions in a binder when you arrive that are quite helpful. The property was very clean when I got there and checking in and out was simple. I arrived in Cape Town close to NYE and as I have been here many times should've known better than to show up without a reservation or a plan as it is quite busy. I told Elize the bind I was in and without my asking her she made a tentative reservation for me and my friends at a restaurant in Camps Bay. Thanks! The property is in walking distance to the Hussar Grill a very good steak restaurant! There is also a small shop around the corner from the Hussar Grill that has a small bakery with fresh breads and croissants. It has most everything you will need (ATM's, phone airtime, food items, household items) on a vacation. A wonderful property with a wonderful host made for a wonderful vacation in Camps Bay/Cape Town!!

This place is much bigger than the photos show! The bathrooms are great with excellent hot water. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils so you can cook proper meals! Note the WiFi is not very fast (if you needed it for browsing or work purposes it would be difficult). Overall really nice touches (wine on arrival) and friendly, easy communication front Elise even though our booking was very last minute! Thanks so much!

We stayed for a week to celebrate my 60th Birthday. The house is beautiful and has a perfect location. We were 3 generations and 4 couples plus 2 toddlers. The house would easily house 5 adult couples as each bedroom has its own En-Suite. Elize communicated clearly and promptly, and my only regret is that we never got to meet as I was out the day she visited us. (She has a guy that looks after any day to day issues, not that we needed him) The Housekeepers came in 3 times during the week and that ample. We loved the place and would definitely return and recommend it others. Sitting here typing this in 7 degrees I'm missing it already. Thanks for a great week Elize

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, and everything we needed for a relaxing stay was available.
