And if you want to go as far as the centre of Loano, the minutes become 30 and the kilometres 2: a splendid promenade dotted with restaurants and clubs and overlooking the Ligurian Sea. So let's talk about the possibility of a holiday in which you can do without your car, leaving it in the reserved parking area.
The flat, located on the second floor of a 4-storey building with lift, is fully air-conditioned and consists of a living room with an open kitchen, dining table and sofa (convertible into a second double bed), a double bedroom and a bathroom. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped. The first offers induction hob, stove (also microwave) and dishwasher and of course fridge and freezer. The second is a bathroom with wall-hung toilets (WC and bidet) and a nice shower stall. This is also where the washing machine is located.

The entire flat has been recently renovated and the building offers its condominiums, as well as Sirio's guests, a small swimming pool on the roof - accessible from June to September inclusive, which is in any case a real plus in addition to the other features (and equipment) of this holiday home in Liguria.
