A single room allows its occupants to maintain any desired minimum distance from other people due to the coronavirus. The furnishings consist of a comfortable 100x200m bed with a first-class mattress, a comfortable reclining armchair with side table, DVB-T TV, a wardrobe panel and a pantry. So that you can cater for your own breakfast and dinner, the equipment includes your own fridge, a water heater, a combination appliance for cooking, baking, grilling and heating up ready meals or alternatively a hotplate and a pizza oven as well as a toaster, plates, cups and cutlery. Of course, there is also a dining area in every room. It is possible to use our WiFi hotspot. In the corridor of the flat there is a sink unit, 4 waste separation containers and 2 toilets as well as 2 showers, a fully automatic washing machine and an electric tumble dryer (chargeable) with automatic payment.
