Nestled in the heart of the Smoky Mountains, this beautiful, newly constructed Tennessee cabin has everything you need to make a memorable vacation spot for you and your loved ones. Outdoor enthusiasts will love all that this area of Tennessee has to offer, from whitewater rafting and hiking nature trails in the summer to skiing and ice skating in the winter. There's a wide array of family-friendly attractions and historical landmarks. We have at beautiful Hot Tub available for all our guests .

The exterior of the home features an upper and lower outdoor porch - the perfect spots to sit and unwind with a good beverage or book (a porch swing on the lower level creates downtime with ease). Inside, you'll find a bright wooded interior with a warm welcoming feel throughout the space. An electric fireplace provides convenience, and along with comfortable furnishings, sets the scene for great conversation and movie nights. Prepare yummy home-cooked meals in the full and nicely stocked kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances. Chalk up some friendly competition at the football table. At the day's end, head down to the bedrooms for a good night's rest. The main bedroom is the epitome of comfort with a soft Queen-size bed, a TV for private viewing, a lovely en suite bathroom with custom basin sinks and a walk-in shower, and a private entrance to the back porch. Kids will love bunking under the stairs or in the bunk beds, making memories that'll last a lifetime.

SKI VIEW CABIN is it`s found in Sky Harbor Resort. The owners association maintains Roads in the resort, including snow removal in winter. The roadway leading to the cabin is paved, as is the 2-car parking space. We have used both 2WD and 4WD vehicles to reach the cabin easily. During winter months 4wd may be necessary depending upon conditions. The parking space is on hills and level.

* Most roads in our area are well maintained but will be curvy, steep and

narrow due to being located in the mountains.

* There are limited streetlights on mountain roads.

* These are NOT city roads, are privet community so we cannot guarantee

any road surface condition.

* No changes or refunds are given due to fear of heights or roads.

*** Snow tire chains and/or 4-wheel drive vehicles are highly encouraged

during WINTER MONTHS in the event of inclement weather.

* We cannot offer refunds given due to weather conditions, so we

recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance for all planned vacations.

* Travel Insurance will protect your investment in the event of a weather

event that would make roads impassable to vehicles with 4WD and/or

chains.
