Nearly every inch of this home has been lovingly restored. It boasts a modern kitchen with brand new appliances, a fully renovated bathroom, restored hard wood floors, and yet still retains its original Craftsman architectural charm - including an oversized, covered front porch and swing.★★ THE FURNISHINGS ★★The home is furnished and stocked with all the essentials needed to feel at home, without any extra clutter. We also provide complimentary coffee, a selection of personal care toiletries, and several popular streaming services are available on the flatscreen Roku TV in the living room.★★ KITCHEN & DINING ★★✔ Fully stocked w/ modern appliances✔ Basic cookware, dinnerware, and spices✔ Complimentary coffee bar✔ Dining table seats 4 and can expand to fit 6★★ THE BEDS ★★Both bedrooms have high quality adaptive memory foam mattresses by Nod and Tuft & Needle. The sofa bed mattress in the living room is also memory foam. We know sleep is important, especially when traveling, so we invested in quality to ensure our guests have a good night's sleep. And the barn doors between the living and dining rooms can be closed to create a private 3rd bedroom for anyone sleeping on the sofa bed.★★ THE WIFI NETWORK ★★If you are traveling for work, this home features gigabit internet on commercial grade Wifi equipment for reliable video calls. And there is a dedicated desk in the front bedroom.★★ PARKING + ELECTRIC VEHICLE FRIENDLY ★★Ample parking is available for 4+ vehicles in the private driveway, which is secured within the property's fence. There is also a free Chargepoint Level 2 EV Charger (48 Amps) at the end of the driveway. A Tesla adapter is also available upon request.★★ THE DECK AND HOT TUB ★★The private deck + hot tub are located in the backyard, a short walk from the house, across the gravel driveway. We recommend bringing a pair of sandals to help you walk back-and-forth across the driveway (at least until we're able to install a dedicated step stone pathway). Outdoor towels are provided. But we do provide several ashtrays on the exterior porch and decks. We ask that your smoking guests please fully extinguish butts and dispose of them either in the provided ashtrays or in the exterior garbage bin. An additional cleaning fee may be assessed for any evidence of smoking inside the home or smoking-related trash or paraphernalia littered on the property.Guest accessGuests have access to the entire home and yard. The laundry room is inside the home. There are no shared areas of this property. It is 100% private and safe. And the driveway is directly behind the home, secured by a gate.The property is fenced in.Other things to noteThe home is located along a semi-busy 4-lane road, so some traffic noise is to be expected during peak commute times.Easy self-check-in via the keypad on the back door - a personalized code will be sent to you prior to check-in.Pets are not allowed inside the home.
