Bucerías vacation rentals

Casa Kaia is the best place I have stayed in Bucerias, it is a spacious beachfront place, very nicely decorated with everything you might need during your stay, it has an amazing view of the Pacific and the amenities are top notch. The infiniti pool and terrace at the top add to the great experience. If that would not have been sufficient, Jamies attention is the best I have had on a rental place, very open and attentive to our needs, left welcome gifts at our arrival and was always one message away for anything we needed to know our support. The place is great but the combo of the place and Jamie's attention makes this the top place to stay in Bucerias.

Our stay was wonderful. We were there for eleven nights in October and November 2025, and everything was smooth from start to finish. Check-in was completely stress-free — Barbara’s communication was clear, detailed, and very helpful. Her directions, local tips, and advice made everything easy. The condo was exactly as described and shown in the photos — clean, comfortable, and well prepared for our arrival. Everything worked perfectly, and there were no surprises. The complex itself was beautiful, modern, and very well maintained. The pool area was peaceful and clean, with plenty of available lounge chairs. The rooftop was perfect for viewing and quiet reading. The staff at the complex were friendly and welcoming, adding to the relaxed, positive atmosphere. We used Uber for quick trips into town for groceries, happy hour, dinner, as well as longer outings to Nuevo and Puerto Vallarta. We recommend visiting the Sunday market in La Cruz. The condo was amazing and the hospitality we received was incredible. We enjoyed our time there and appreciate all the attention we received, we will definitely come back again.
