Less than 1 minute walking distance from the main pool and Club House in Gateway to Sanibel / Siesta Bay Vacation Resort, this 2 bedroom/2 bathroom vacation home is comfy and clean with brand new everything you’ll need for your SouthWest Florida Vacation! There is a small outdoor sitting area located at the rear of property.

10 minute drive to Fort Myers beach, or bicycle to Bunche Beach, or just hang out and enjoy all that Siesta Bay has to offer!

***MINIMUM AGE: 35+ years old***

ALL guests must complete the Siesta Bay Resort park application PRIOR to stay, with ONE pc of photo ID (one-time cost of $150 park application booking fee total) which gives you access to all park amenities.

Siesta Bay Vacation Resort caters to travellers and families who like to be close to ... not 1, not 2, but 3 different beaches! ***all occupants must be listed on application as the park’s security system issues individual ID/park use bands to use pool, hot-tub, gym, games, clubhouse amenities, etc.***

Our property offers a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area, 2 bedrooms with ample storage space, and a separate outdoor screened-in lanai.

We are all travel addicts and we fell in love with SW Florida many years ago (we actually started listing with HOUFY, and VRBO back in 2019, but Hurricane Ian caused a setback so we have just relisted our newest properties again for the 2024/2025 season).
