This was the best experience I have ever had at a VRBO. My husband and I rented this for our wedding weekend. This was the best spent money of the entire weekend!!! The host was so welcoming and accommodating. This cottage is a gorgeous little oasis. It served as a quite sanctuary for myself and my made of honor to retreat and stage wedding decor. Spent the night and had an amazing nights sleep the night before the big day. After the wedding it served as the most romantic bridal suite for my new husband and I to retreat and be alone. It was so well stocked that anything and everything that was forgotten for the wedding day was graciously provided including; small sewing kits, tooth brushes, toothpaste, and beyond. Thank you so much for making our special weekend run smooth! Beyond our wildest dreams!

From the check in process to checking out this property met all our expectations and more! The on-site parking was perfect and allowed so to be able to stay close to the old market and downtown but not have to worry about parking. The downstairs bunk beds were perfect for the kids! The house came well stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies and even laundry supplies and shampoo and conditioner. The option for a pot of coffee or just a cup was an added bonus and there was plenty of coffee available as well. The addition of family games and puzzles as well as some kids toys was an extra treat! By this point in our trip our kids were tired of the ones they brought so having new toys to play with keep them entertained the rest of the time. Though we didn’t need it, the pack n play, high chair and stroller available showed that this really is a family friendly property and I know others will appreciate as well. It was only a 3 minute drive to the children’s museum and about 5 to the zoo. We could have easily walked to old market for shopping and food (however we were lazy and drove). If we have another trip to Omaha we will be staying here again!
We had a wonderful stay at Sunset View Retreat! The place was super clean, cozy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect and made it easy to get around and enjoy everything nearby. The host was incredibly nice, welcoming, and easy to communicate with, allowing a stress-fee environment. Overall it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again.
