Hello! We are Dan and Melissa Jones, owners of Rio River Retreat in beautiful South Fork, Colorado. We just recently moved to South Fork a year ago from Texas, where we raised 2 children and owned and operated 2J Motors. We absolutely love Colorado and all of the outdoor recreation that it has to offer. Our favorite activities include riding our rzr on trails, kayaking, hiking, skiing, riding our snow mobile and Dan enjoys fishing. We have enjoyed managing our group Lodge and small Cabin on the river and especially meeting all of the wonderful guests who love to make memories where the river meets the mountains.

Rio River Retreat Cabin
Come on in and make yourselves at home in our beautiful group vacation rental located in South Fork, Colorado. It is located on the Gold Medal fishing waters of the Rio Grande River. Enjoy the 3 story cabin with 6 bedrooms and a sleeping loft, 3 1/2 bathrooms, open concept kitchen, living and dining area, large gameroom with a pool table and 2 foose ball tables, game tables, large deck overlooking the river, lush green yard, multiple BBQ grills and a fish cleaning station.

Wolf Creek!
We made some fun memories for 2020 on opening weekend of Wolf Creek Ski Area in OCTOBER!!! Make some good memories this year with your family and friends and go skiing!! Enjoy breathing the fresh mountain air!! Not a skier? Then just past the ski area are 2 great places for taking the littles (and bigs of course!!) in your group sledding. Bring some sleds, hot cocoa and coffee for a break. All kinds of fun memories will be made!!
