At Host discretion a $250 refundable deposit may apply to your booking. If you have positive guest reviews, we can waive it. It will be required for large groups, guests with children, and guests with no booking history or reviews. The authorization is released 2 days after check-out, pending no damages or excessive cleaning.

For 11 guests, 1 person will need to use the available air mattress.

If you have a large rig, it should fit in front of the house on the road. Is it quiet side street so not too much traffic either which is wonderful!

The river is just five minute drive away! And there’s a very nice golf course just two minutes away!
