Woodbriar Hollow is convenient to all areas of entertainment in the high country! 5 minutes to Valle Crucis and Valle Crucis Park including the original Mast General Store, Pearl's Cafe, park equipment/river play/walking trails at Valle Crucis Park, and Valle Tavern at Mast Farm.10 minutes to downtown Boone featuring many restaurants and activities! 15 minutes to the heart of AppState's campus. 20 minutes to Grandfather Winery (a high-country favorite). 20 minutes to downtown Banner Elk for shopping and restaurants. 25 minutes to the Boone parkway entrance.25 minutes from downtown Blowing Rock. 25 minutes to Hawk's Nest for snow tubing/zip lining. 30 minutes to Sugar Mountain for skiing, 35 minutes to Beech Mountain for skiing. 45 minutes to downtown West Jefferson for cheese tastings, restaurants and shopping. Woodbriar Hollow features three bedrooms and two full baths. Bedroom 1 on the main level: King Bedroom 2 on the main level: Double Bedroom 3 on the second level: King (primary bedroom) Bed 4 located in the loft: twin trundle (Please note that guests sleeping in the loft will not have direct restroom access and will need to use the primary bedroom restroom.) Our home features an outdoor fire pit area with seating for six (S'mores tools and starter wood bundle included!), a screened in upper deck with seating for 9-10 with an outdoor fire table and an outdoor upper deck with seating for two. Beach towels are on site for use with the hot tub. All linens including sheets, blankets and towels are included with your rental. A Pack and Play Crib and a highchair are available for use and located in the closet of bedroom 2. We also have baby gates on each floor of the home for safety. Driveway should be used for parking. The two parking spots at the top of the hill are first come, first served. No parties. No smoking on the premises (inside or out). No loud music or outside noises from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors. Dogs: *One (1) dog per stay. Must be under 50 lbs. *Please do not allow your dog on the couch or any other piece of furniture.*Dog bags are hanging near the front door-thank you for picking up your dog's waste.*We would ask that you would crate your dog if leaving our home during your stay.*The fence around our yard has one gap in it-watch your dog closely. *Charges will be applied for any damages from your pet. Thank you! Guest access - Guests can access the entire home including the front and back yard as well as the decks. Other things to note - Please note that while our home is on a private lot, you can hear an occasional car on the main road below our neighborhood.
