It is equipped with coffeemaker, toaster, fridge plus a sink from a 1920's train!
This studio has a double bed which can be converted to two single beds. Kitchen for cooking is the garden kitchen (few steps away) equipped with gas cooking and bbq.
The bathroom is crafted with traditional Greek workmanship using ecological materials.

Apartment and windows face the courtyard which has a beautiful 60+ year old olive tree and lemon tree! It is located 15 minutes walk from Greek Parliament and the Acropolis walkway, 400 m from the National Botanical Gardens and across from the pine forest of the Panathenaic (all-marble) Stadium. The Panathenaic Stadium is the place where the first modern Olympic Games of 1896 took place. Trolleys and bus 1 minute away to get to Parliament and downtown. Metro stations Akropoli and Syntagma are a 15-20 minutes away and Evaggelismos station is about 20 minutes walk. Taxis are located 1 minute away. One can enter the stadium from the back side to enjoy the green hill, a view of the Acropolis, a sunset or a morning jog/walk with other runners who train for the annual classical marathon. The Stadio/Pangrati neighborhood offers nice local taverns with friendly service, fresh product markets and a weekly green market, cafes in 2 close-by squares.

Bakeries, pharmacy, supermarket and finally, the best pizza in town--all within 2-5 walk! The sights are about a 10-15 min walk from our apartments and you pass the Temple of Zeus and Zappeion along the way. Kolonaki is about 15 minute walk, as well as several museums such as the Benaki, Byzantine and Cycladic and Museum of Modern Art.

Athens Green Apartments are located in the central Athens district of Pangrati next to Panathenaic Stadium (know as Kallimarmaro where the fisrt modern Olympic Games in 1896 took place), to the east of the National Gardens and the Zappeion Exhibition Hall, to the west of the Pangrati residential district and between the twin pine-covered hills of Ardettos and Agra. Up to the 1950s, the Ilissos River (now covered by, and flowing underneath, Vasileos Konstantinou Avenue) ran in front of the stadium's entrance, and the spring of Kallirrhoe, the sanctuary of Pankrates (a local hero) and the Cynosarges public gymnasium were nearby.

The Fokianos sports facility lies across Vasileos Konstantinou Avenue, and adjacent to it are located the Athens tennis club, the Ethnikos athletics track, the Federation swimming pool, the remnants of the Temple of Olympian Zeus, and Hadrian's Gate.
