Wildwood Retreat -near the Beach&Historic Downtown - St. Augustine

A newly renovated, large suburban home on a 1/2 acre in a quiet neighborhood. This house features plenty of space, fast wifi, a smart TV, washer+dryer, a bumper pool table, and lots of games! Our place is comfortable and clean and provides everything you need for a relaxing and fun beach vacay in Florida's first city.This is a great location! We are a 10 minute drive to the beach and 15 minutes to downtown. Several parks, restaurants, and a grocery store are all within 2 miles from the home.
This newly renovated home is ready to welcome guests who want to enjoy our beloved St. Augustine. This place is perfect to come home to after a long day at the beach or touring St. Augustine downtown. You can sit back and enjoy the Florida breeze in the patio while enjoying a cup of joe. The conserved backyard is filled with squirrels, birds, and azaleas (which bloom from late February to early April). And if you're lucky, you might spot a deer or two. Spend some quality time with your family/friends playing games indoor/outdoor. You could also easily whip up a meal with the bbq grill outside or a fully-equipped kitchen with a coffee bar indoor. The house has everything to make it a relaxing and memorable vacation for you and your family!
