➤ <b>Kitchen:</b> A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to whip up a gourmet meal. We have a coffee maker & grinder w/ fresh beans for coffee lovers, plus cookware essentials including an air fryer, crock pot, and waffle maker.

➤ <b>Laundry Room:</b> Just beyond the kitchen, our laundry room is equipped with a brand new top loading washer and gas dryer. Includes an iron, ironing board, pool towels, and blankets for the firepit in the cabinet.

The bungalow En Suite Bathroom is on the smaller side with single vanity. The retro walk-in shower is a nice size however.

➤ <b>Bunk Bedroom:</b> Two sets of full bunk beds w/ memory foam mattresses. Hypo-allergenic, waterproof and bed bug proof covers on all mattresses and pillows. Premium sheets, duvet/cover, & blankets. Firm and soft pillow on each bed. Four-section cubby for personal items. Closet with luggage stands, hanger, extra blankets & robes. Dimmable overhead light (no ceiling fan).

We also have an outdoor dining table w/ chairs for up to 8 people, lit up by festival string lights. The pool has a light timer switch on the house, just above the pool filter on the right-hand side, labeled “Pool Light”.

At the time of this posting we have BocceRoll, Corn Hole, Ax Throwing (plastic/non-lethal - still fun) on the new patio. More outdoor fun to come, stay tuned1

Pelican & Palm Premium Stays

Guests have full access to the entire property. There are a few closets that have been secured for staff and supplies. These (2) closets are in the hall and there is one cabinet in the garage.

***There are menus from quite a number of restaurants in the area in a drawer near the coffee bar.

➤ We use TRUVI - (formerly SuperHog), as part of our guest screening process. Your Truvi application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and ALL background checks must be completed within 48 hours. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled.

Once the reservation is confirmed and prior to check-in, all guests must acknowledge and agree to the following:

* to abide by our rental terms and conditions.
* to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
* submit either a fully-refundable deposit (w/non-refundable admin fee) or a non-refundable damage waiver.
* understand that both the deposit and the waiver cover you for any accidental damage during your stay.

We also ask all guests to reaffirm they have read and agree to all our house rules by replying - HR YES in the ABB App.

➤ The max occupancy is 8.

➤ Minimum age to book a reservation is 25.
➤ We encourage all guests to consider travel insurance for all their travels - even when your travels include a stay with us at Offshore Social. Refunds are NOT offered for early departures - even for weather related events such as hurricanes, tornadoes, tropical storms or other forms of inclement weather.

➤ Day visitors are OK but must not stay overnight. There's a $250 per person fine for overnight guests over the max occupancy.

➤ Cleaning fees are a pass-through fee, meaning the entire amount goes to our cleaning team! We cannot provide any level of service without them and choose to fully compensate them for their service.

➤ <b>NO PETS ARE ALLOWED AT THIS TIME.</b> If staff discovers a pet presence and further that pet has been on or in a bed there will be an added fee of $150/bed.

➤ If you use SPRAY TAN products please provide your own bedding. Any bedding stained with spray tan with result in a $100 fee per item/sheet.

➤ There is NO cable or TV service to the home, just Roku. Please use your personal log-ins for your favorite online streaming platforms during your visit.

➤ <b>Contact Information:</b> Feel free to contact us through Airbnb messaging for any inquiries or assistance. We always respond as fast as possible!

➤ <b>House Rules:</b> Treat our home like you would a close friend or family member’s. Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home. No pets. No parties or events.

➤ <b>Check-In/Out Details:</b> Easy self-check-in with a Schlage encode smart lock. Check in after 4 PM and check out by 10 AM. Before leaving, please take out your garbage, wash any dishes, and lock the doors.
