Living & Dining:
Enter into a spacious living room centered around a massive 75” Roku TV, perfect for movie nights. The open layout flows into the dining area, which seats eight, making it easy to stay connected. Enjoy listening to vinyls on the record player or choose from numerous games in the credenza, all while enjoying views of the patio and pool.

Kitchen & Laundry:
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up a gourmet meal, including a coffee maker, grinder, air fryer, and waffle maker. A laundry room with a new washer and gas dryer is just beyond the kitchen, stocked with pool towels and blankets for the fire pit.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
Primary Bedroom: Features a king bed with premium linens, a dedicated workspace, a Roku TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a retro walk-in shower.
Guest Bedroom: Offers a comfortable queen bed, a Roku TV, and its own full ensuite bathroom.
Bunk Bedroom: Contains two full-over-full bunk beds with memory foam mattresses, perfect for kids or groups.
Bathrooms: All bathrooms are stocked with premium towels and toiletries for your convenience.

You will have full and private access to the entire home, backyard, and pool. A few hall closets and one garage cabinet are locked for staff and supply storage. Guests have access to free parking available in the driveway and on the street. Check-in is seamless with a smart lock.

We offer a seamless self-check-in process and respect our guests' privacy. While we won't be on-site during your stay, we are always available via the app messenger to answer any questions or provide assistance to ensure you have a wonderful and comfortable experience.

Guest Screening: We use TRUVI for guest screening. Your booking is not confirmed until the following are completed within 48 hours of booking: The primary guest must complete the TRUVI application, provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card, submit either a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver, and confirm you have read the house rules by replying "HR YES" in the app messenger.

Pool: The private kidney-shaped pool is a fantastic amenity, but please be aware the pool is NOT HEATED.

TVs: There is no cable service. All TVs are smart TVs equipped with Roku, so you can log into your favorite streaming services.

Security: For security and to facilitate remote deliveries, there is just one camera located in the garage. This is the only camera on the premises.

Spray Tan Products: If you use spray tan products, please bring your own sheets and towels. A fee of $100 per item will be charged for any linens stained by these products.

Check-in/Out: Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Access is via a smart lock.

Cleaning Fees: The cleaning fee is a pass-through cost that goes directly to our professional cleaning team.

Travel Insurance: We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance. Refunds are not provided for early departures or weather-related events.




➤ We use TRUVI - (formerly SuperHog), as part of our guest screening process. Your Truvi application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and ALL background checks must be completed within 48 hours. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled.

Once the reservation is confirmed and prior to check-in, all guests must acknowledge and agree to the following:

* to abide by our rental terms and conditions.
* to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
* submit either a fully-refundable deposit (w/non-refundable admin fee) or a non-refundable damage waiver.
* understand that both the deposit and the waiver cover you for any accidental damage during your stay.

We also ask all guests to reaffirm they have read and agree to all our house rules by replying - HR YES in the ABB App.

➤ The max occupancy is 8.

➤ Minimum age to book a reservation is 25.
➤ We encourage all guests to consider travel insurance for all their travels - even when your travels include a stay with us at Offshore Social. Refunds are NOT offered for early departures - even for weather related events such as hurricanes, tornadoes, tropical storms or other forms of inclement weather.

➤ Day visitors are OK but must not stay overnight. There's a $250 per person fine for overnight guests over the max occupancy.

➤ Cleaning fees are a pass-through fee, meaning the entire amount goes to our cleaning team! We cannot provide any level of service without them and choose to fully compensate them for their service.

➤ <b>NO PETS ARE ALLOWED AT THIS TIME.</b> If staff discovers a pet presence and further that pet has been on or in a bed there will be an added fee of $150/bed.

➤ If you use SPRAY TAN products please provide your own bedding. Any bedding stained with spray tan with result in a $100 fee per item/sheet.

➤ There is NO cable or TV service to the home, just Roku. Please use your personal log-ins for your favorite online streaming platforms during your visit.

➤ <b>Contact Information:</b> Feel free to contact us through Airbnb messaging for any inquiries or assistance. We always respond as fast as possible!

➤ <b>House Rules:</b> Treat our home like you would a close friend or family member’s. Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home. No pets. No parties or events.

➤ <b>Check-In/Out Details:</b> Easy self-check-in with a Schlage encode smart lock. Check in after 4 PM and check out by 10 AM. Before leaving, please take out your garbage, wash any dishes, and lock the doors.
