You have access to the main floor of the house, with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths.

There is a 4th bedroom, workspace and a full bathroom located on the second floor which you can add onto your stay for $200 per week. (The upstairs is included if you have more than 7 guests.)

Use of the boat lift does require prior approval with the host and signing a waiver with an additional fee. Please mention to the host if you'd like to use the boat lift and include full boat details; make, modal, and wieght.

Other things to note
You will be charged for the electricity that is used during your stay. This allows you to have full control of the pool and spa temperatures and indoor temperature as well. Our property managers will go over this with you at checkin and checkout.
