Second bedroom has a work desk area with USB charger outlets.
Second bedroom is super fun & cozy with pastel colors and a surf theme. There are three twin, extra long beds to accommodate adults and children, one of which is a trundle.

Cooking essentials and spices are right within reach. Oven hood helps remove heat, smoke, and odors.

Open kitchen let’s you be with family & friends when preparing meals.
Coffee bar with Keurig has a variety of coffee pods, hot chocolate, herbal tea bags, sugar/sweetener, and many different size mugs
Microwave and kitchen storage cabinet. Hall area leads to bathroom and laundry room.

Outdoor dining accommodates 8, or you can squeeze in a few more at the table. Or spread out amongst the many seating areas in the yard.

As dusk sets in, the yard lights up with solar tiki torches, path lights and dock lights creating a cozy nighttime atmosphere. And remember to enjoy the fire pit on those cool nights!
As the sun begins to set enjoy calm, open waters to relax by summer, fall, winter, spring!

Very welcoming and cozy inside and out! Kick back & relax in our newly refurbished 2-bedroom, 1-bath one-level, coastal style waterfront home w/dock. Sunlight all day long! Interior is light & airy, w/cool soothing tones of white, blue, green and light gray, in a very comfortable, relaxed coastal setting.

Large outdoor space on water, sand/beach style yard w/lots of seating & amenities: fire pit, multi-person canoe, bikes, outdoor games, beach chairs, loungers, hammock, floats, BBQ, outdoor shower, etc.

Indoors there's new kitchen appliances, and furnishings, washer/dryer, 3-TVs, streaming video, internet and Echo Dot for music.

Near: Tuckerton Seaport, LBI, Atlantic City, Smithville, Graveling Point Beach. Small shopping plaza with local stores 5-minute walk; larger shopping plaza and other retailers, restaurants, banks, gas stations, etc. 8-10-minute drive from house.
