Contemporary 5 bedroom/3.5 bathroom intracoastal bayfront home. With a boat slip out back, pull your boat right up or kayak, canoe, or swim right off the dock! Half a mile to the beach via Dorset Ave. Close to Capri Pizza, Red Room Cafe, Ventnor Coffee, Annette's Diner, Custard's Ice Cream, CVS, and a liquor store.

With Elevator access to all four floors, your entire family or group can stay comfortably.

FIRST FLOOR:

Two car piggy back garage. Pick the elevator up from here for those who need it or if you packed a little too much. Door from garage leads to the fenced in off street two car piggy back parking. Access to the decks from here or from the main floor. The side drive or the lower deck are both perfect for a game of cornhole!

2ND FLOOR:

The main floor is an open floor concept with an eat in kitchen with seating for 6 at the counter. The dining area has an extendable table with 10 chairs. This level also has a powder room and a large living room with a 65 inch cable smart tv, waterfront views from all angles, and a deck with a grill which leads down to a larger bottom deck and your private dock. The kitchen has new quartz countertops, brand new appliances including a dishwasher, pots and pans set for cooking, a toaster, a toaster oven, blender, and coffee maker.

3RD FLOOR:

Large master bedroom with a full in suite bathroom with double sink vanity and it's own private deck (enjoy your morning coffee on the outdoor lounge set and some quiet time here). The third floor has 2 additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a full and a full bathroom in the hall. Each bedroom on this floor has its own smart TV. You'll also find the new washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board on this floor in the hall laundry closet.

4TH FLOOR:

Two more bedrooms each with waterfall beds (sleeps 3) and a 3rd full bathroom complete with large bath tub.

Perfect for a big reunion, work event, family vacation, or friends get together! Quick Lyft/Uber ride to the casinos. Free wifi throughout.

This is a dream vacation home! Comfortably sleeps 14 guests with a pullout sofa in the living room.

You have complete access of the whole house, deck, and dock, use of the garage door opener, and key less entry.

There is a chance one of us will be staying in our other house next door should you have any questions or need a recommendation. We also understand you may want your privacy and that's fine too. It's completely up to you to reach out to us for your needs or socializing beyond check in. We are always quick to respond and only a call, text, or message away.

Ventnor City is a beautiful beach town. Close enough to the action of Atlantic City but offering a tranquil family friendly area just a stone's throw away. There is always something going on in Atlantic City or Ventnor City. Ventnor has farmer's markets and locally owned businesses, great restaurants, tennis courts, a fishing pier, playgrounds, as well as occasional street fairs, outdoor concerts, and outdoor movies.

Beach access is available via Dorset Ave. To access Ventnor beaches, beach badges must be worn between Memorial Day and Labor Day and we have 6 available for your use. Ventnor city beach badges are also acceptable for use on the beaches of Margate City.

We encourage you to uber/lyft/taxi to and from casinos.

There is a $50 pet fee for house trained, well behaved pets. Please note if you will be bringing a pet in your request so price may be adjusted. Thank you.

Towels & sheets Provided.

BYO shampoo/conditioner/body wash (we find most of our guests prefer to bring their own as well as believe this is more sanitary and environmentally friendly). We provide hand soap and dish soap.
