Guests will have full and private access to the entire condo. Your vacation begins with easy, contactless check-in using a smart lock with a custom door code provided before your arrival.

* **Rental Agreement:** A simple rental agreement is required to be signed for your stay.

* **Guest Registration:** All guests must register at the manager's office on the first weekday of their stay. For Friday arrivals, we will provide a digital parking pass for the weekend to allow you to register on Monday. Guest parking is in the front parking lot just off of Bald Eagle Drive.

* **Fishing:** If you plan to fish from the docks, a Florida fishing license is required.

* **Animal Policy:* ** The complex has a strict no animal policy. If you need to bring a furry friend another complex would be a better option. This is an HOA policy, not ours.

* **No Smoking:* ** Smoking of any kind is prohibited in the unit, on the lanai or the front breezeway. Violation will result in a $1,000 fine.

* **No Parties:* ** No parties or large gatherings at any time. Respect your neighbors and keep evening noise to a minimum.
