This waterfront oasis is a professionally designed 2300 square foot home with a heated pool and spectacular views of Tampa Bay! Newly remodeled with the goal of being the ultimate space to gather with friends and family everyone will have an experience they’ll never forget!

The space
With high-end furnishings, the coastal open concept features a fully stocked kitchen with double ovens, dining area, a leisurely sunroom, large family room with a 65” HD Smart TV a perfect for striking up some healthy competition!

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed with views of Tampa Bay, a full ensuite bathroom and private patio. The second bedroom includes a king-sized bed, the third with a queen-sized bed which share a bathroom.

Enjoy all that outdoors has to offer by fishing off the dock, relaxing or partying it up by the pool, grilling your favorite meal on the patio and gathering at the outdoor dining space as the beautiful live oak trees offer full shade all day long. And to top it all off the friendly neighborhood resident ducks, manatees and dolphins may pay you a visit!
