This is one of the most sought after buildings and location in Clearwater Beach on the intercoastal water. You can watch the boat parades., dolphins while you are swimming or sitting in the hot tub. It's a quiet street walking distance to the beach, nightlife, restaurants, shops and many beach activities. You'll wish you had stayed longer.

It's a very walkable area. There is also a trolley.
