Spend your vacation in an historic home originally built in 1836. Once owned by a sea captain, our home, "Nantucklet," has just completed a full renovation and awaits your stay.

The home features a spacious kitchen with plenty of room to seat 8 guests, custom cabinetry, stainless appliances, and gas range. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, living room, washer/dryer, den, outdoor shower, brick patio. Even the HVAC is state-of-the-art!

Experience the charm of Nantucket from the comfort of our "Nantucklet," a three bedroom, two bath vacation rental home located in the heart of Nantucket's historic district. Walk to world-class dining, fabulous shopping, and to all the attractions Nantucket town has to offer. Our home is conveniently located across from the Great Harbour Yacht Club.

"Nantucklet" has just completed a year-long renovation. Everything has been updated, from the roof, to the walls, to the floor.

It features custom cabinetry in the kitchen and baths that was constructed by Amish craftsmen in Pennsylvania. All of the mattresses are memory foam and exceptionally comfortable. The bathrooms feature Carrera marble tile floors and classic subway tile.

The living room is a comfortable place to watch TV and gather. The den is a perfect place to take a nap, read a book, or gather for an intimate conversation.

Enjoy a meal you cooked or eat take-out at the 96-inch trestle table with a custom window seat and five chairs. It is also a great place to play cards or board games. Cooking is fun with our brand new, state-of-the-art appliances that include a gas range.

The master bedroom has an en-suite bath with Carrera marble floor and oversize walk-in shower. There is a queen-sized bed, a decorative fireplace, and TV.

The first floor guest room features a queen-sized bed and access to the den.

The second floor features a bunk room with four twin beds. Kids and adults will delight in this white, open, airy space.

The brick patio is perfect for a cocktail or grilling on the charcoal Weber drum grill or the Weber gas grill.

A two-minute walk will bring you to the recently renovated Cumberland Farms convenience store for coffee and sandwiches. Walk a little further, and you will find the island's best-kept secret: the Sailor's Knot from the Wicked Island Bakery (insider's tip: get there early, around 6:30 AM, to get one because they sell out fast!)

Walk across the street to the Great Harbour Yacht Club to stroll along the public pedestrian way.

Please note that this antique home comes with some accessibility considerations. There are varying floor heights, as the home has been added onto over the last nearly 200 years. Ceiling heights vary and some are lower than what we find in today's construction. The stairs to the second floor bedroom, which has a sloped ceiling, are a just a bit steeper than what is current builds.
