Step into this fully remodeled home in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, designed for you to just show up and relax - what a beach vacation should be!

With sweeping windows, the first floor is the main living space with an open kitchen, dining and living area. Access your own favorite streaming services on the 50” smart TV. The kitchen has bar stools around the counter and a kitchen table with seating for 8. The first bedroom is just off the kitchen, with a luxurious king bed. A full bath with modern tile shower is right outside this bedroom, along with a full-size, stacked washer and dryer.

Walk upstairs and you’ll discover 2 spacious bedrooms with vaulted ceilings and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The deck off the rear bedroom offers glimpses of the ocean and view of the majestic Wright Brothers National Memorial.

Outside you’ll find the hot tub (open year round) outdoor shower, a park-style charcoal grill, and a Level 2 EV charger in the carport that fits J1772 and Tesla hookups. Walk into the fully fenced-in yard to find a picnic table and wood-burning firepit.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire house, including the beach gear.

Other things to note
Pets: Up to 2 dogs are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee.

Dogs must be:
-Up to date on flea/tick prevention
-Well-behaved and house-trained

No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere inside the home, on the decks, or in the carport.

Security: One exterior camera is installed in the carport facing the driveway/street for the safety of our guests and property.

Additionally, the front door and beach supplies closet are accessible via digital lock, the codes to which will be sent to you prior to check in.

Occupancy: Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. The home runs on a septic system, so it’s important not to exceed this limit.

Pest Control: Regular treatments are performed, but given the beach environment you may still see insects such as palmetto bugs, flies, spiders, ants, lizards, or slugs. This is normal and unavoidable in the area.
