Vintage 1924 Craftsman in Historic Norman, OK - Norman

Our cozy vacation home is an original craftsman style, built in 1924 in the Original Townsite district. We are located 0.5 miles from OU, about a 30 minute walk or 5 minute drive. We offer 2 adult bicycles you may use for exploring during your stay.
We are just a few minutes walk from the vibrant community in downtown Norman near Main Street. Tons of local vendors, eateries, and live entertainment daily. Visit the various historical museums close by as well, such as the Moore-Lindsay Historical House Museum.
Our setup:
2 bedrooms equipped with: full size bed, vanity, closet for clothing storage and hangers, ceiling fans. We provide fresh linens and a back up set in the closet. Fresh towels are left in each room.
1 queen size futon in the back activity room, equipped with fresh linens, pillows, comforter stored behind the double doors that house the guest accessible washer and dryer, with detergents provided. You’ll find family friendly games and reading material here and throughout the house.
Outside Backyard: We have a back patio deck with a lifetime picnic table that seats 6. You’ll have access to the BBQ propane grill and additional seating. We keep our bikes in the locked storage shed, just ask us for the key location. We have a pack b play for use in the closet in the bedroom to the left of the bathroom.
Front/entry: We have security cameras installed for your safety and ours. We use a smart lock system for entry access. There are 3 steps up to enter through the front and back doors.
Bathroom: 1 full bath with a shower/tub combo. There is a removable shower head. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, toilet paper, feminine products, fresh hotel quality towels and black make up cloths, a hair dryer, and non slip bath mat.
Dining: Dining table seats 6 and there are 2 counter height stools. We have a highchair in the closet in the bedroom to the left of the bathroom.
Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen with pantry essentials and everything you’d need to cook family meals. We also provide an air fryer, blender, toaster, waffle maker, espresso machine, drip coffee maker, cocktail/bartender set, dishwasher with pods, dish soap, sponges, trash bags, paper towels, coffee bar items, BBQ tools, children’s silicone dish set.
Living: Large comfortable couch and seating, large LG smart tv- streaming apps accessible for you to login to, high speed WiFi Internet, reading materials, natural light.

We provide everything you’ll need to have a seamless and exceptional stay. All of the modern comforts with a vintage feel. We pride ourselves on being responsive and transparent hosts with all of our guests. If you need anything, we are happy to accommodate your needs.
