There is a comfortable living room. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped with fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, and all cooking utensils. There is also a dishwasher and washing machine. There is free Wi-Fi, a TV, and a stereo. The living room opens in front of the pool. There is plenty of space for parking. The swimming pool is surrounded by beautiful terraces and colorful gardens. There is a barbecue and plenty of space to eat outside with your group on one of the beautiful terraces.

There are terraces with views of the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains. A special barbecue area outside invites you to cook and dine al fresco. This part of southern Spain has the best climate in all of Europe. Winters are very mild, as evidenced by the many tropical fruits that grow there.

The award-winning beach of Torre del Mar is only about 15 minutes by car from the house. You will find many wonderful "chiringuitos" (beach restaurants) where you can enjoy fresh fish straight from the nearby fishing port of Caleta de Velez. Velez Malaga, next to Torre del Mar, has a large shopping center. The beautiful Viñuela lake is about a 40-minute drive from the house. You can hike around the lake and enjoy a good meal in one of the restaurants. Nerja, with its famous caves and the famous Balcony of Europe, is about an hour's drive from the house. Malaga, the pearl of gastronomy and culture, is also just an hour away. Visit one of the many museums, attend a real flamenco show, or go shopping on the famous Calle Larios. Málaga has something to offer everyone. Villa Los Corbachos is also perfectly located to visit other regions of Andalusia. You can visit Ronda, Granada (Alhambra), Cordoba (Mezquita), or the famous Caminito del Rey on a day trip. And there is so much more! Air-conditioning costs: a flat rate per week is included in your stay, after which you pay for what you use. The air-conditioned swimming pool can be heated from April 1 to November 15 (for a fee).

For monthly rentals (of 28 days or more), this does NOT include electricity and gas bottles (if required). It is possible to rent the villa from January to March.
